Real Estate News, BexleyBexley is known throughout the region as a small municipality with gorgeous tree lined streets.  It's a wonderful calling card and a fantastic Bexley Home amenity.  Parts of Clintonville, Arlington and Grandview have this in common with Bexley.  My street has fantastic arching trees in Olde Towne East. The downside though is when we have a storm roll through like we did last night.  Tree limbs down everywhere, some bigger than others.  When you and I are buying your Bexley home -or any home for sale- take a good look at the limbs overhanging the house and garage. It's true that tree trimming is not inexpensive but it's a whole lot less expensive and more convenient than repairing that giant hole in your attic ceiling.

A home for sale in Bexley on Bryden Road with no garage went into Contract in Eight days!  To be fair, the home is beautiful, has 3728 square feet with five bedrooms and 3.5 baths but I thought the no-garage-thing would throw buyers off.  Off course, if those buyers are coming from German Village, as they so often are, then they're used to not having a garage, no big deal.  That's what happened in this case.  It's still a good market in Bexley and when the right home becomes active, don't dilly dally because it may go quickly.

The new CVS continues to go up. Since this picture was taken, the second floor is pretty much up and there are some walls in place on the East side next to the existing pharmacy which will be made into parking.
