Communication is key during this process, you as the seller needs to be in touch with all other parties involved. Your Realtor will also need to be in touch with the buyers and their Realtor. Another key factor is having all the correct documentation ready to go. You will need a hardship letter, recent tax returns forms (W2, and or 1099's), recent paystubs, and a financial statement detailing assets.
