I would say update depending on the condition of the plumbing and fixtures. It may just need to be polished up with a little bit of Brasso to give it that showroom shine (the fixtures of course).There are several good reasons to make sure all of your plumbing and fixtures look good and are in good working order before putting your home up for sale. "The Scooter" Phil Rizzuto was born Fiero Francis Rizzuto on September 16th, 1916 in Brooklyn, and he grew up in Glendale, Queens. Phil's father drove a trolley car and young Phil would hitch a ride every morning to Richmond Hill HS with his dad. "The Scooter" attended Richmond Hill High School and was the Captain of the Richmond Hill High School Baseball Team where he played the shortstop position. Phil became the star of the Richmond Hill H.S. Baseball Team in the 1930's.Although he was a star for his high school team his first few attempts at the big leagues were ridiculed by some of the managers who didn't feel he had what it took.
