Village of Rhinbeck market update The Village of Rhinebeck market update  for August 2014 showed  1 single family home sold, as recorded by th Mid Hudson MLS.  This property sold for more than it was listed for,  an indication there might have been multiple offers.  The sale price  to list price came in at 102 percent. Back in August 2013 there was also 1 sale in the village for $260.000.   The home sold was much higher this year, it came in at $446,000 There were 3 new listings added to the market during month ranging from 219,500 -$399,000. I just received a call from someone looking to  rent 1240 Route 308, Rhinebeck NY 12572.   She was a bit perplexed because on Zillow there were 2 listings for the identical property but the price were so different.  One price was $1350 the other was $800.  She wanted to know if there were two separate apartments, I told her I was the only agent representing this property. At the end of the conversation I promptly went to Zillow and this is what I found: Of course I tried calling Daniel but my only choice was to leave a message. The Rhinebeck NY housing market report during May recorded 7 single family detached home sales, which was 5 more than in May 2013.    The 7 homes ranged in price from $150,000 - $840,000.  The average sale price to list price came in at 90 percent, none of the homes sold above or at list price.
