The Fisher Center located on Bard College campus is such a treasure for the Red Hook NY community.  There have been many great performance held in this great space. This was how Red Hook NY looked to me on my way back from dinner on Friday night.  Lights can certainly make a difference.  Red Hook looked so different with the lights; rather radiant. I love to take photos of neighborhoods at different time of day, as well as during each season, that is the only way to capture those special Currier & Ives moments :)  I should probably say Norman Rockwell since I really love his work. 09/01/2012

Does a showing time matter? Yes it can. Recently I had a last minute request for a second showing, it was late evening and the sunset was setting over the mountains; what a spectacular sunset. What was so important about the sunset? It made the potential buyers had a greater appreciation of the views this property offered. Witnessing this, I am positive if I showed the property at noon time the effect would have been so different.The point is, if you have properties with great views try to maximize these features by showing the property, for example at sunset.   09/01/2012

Yesterday I wrote a post about my trip out with my camera to visit with nature, and see pretty wild flowers. The post was entitled Vine because that was one of the things I encountered. It is truly amazing the number of wild flowers you can see in a matter of minutes, each one special in its own way.For instance, the yellow flower looked so delicate, you could see the details that went into the design, which made it appealing to the eyes. Chirping Birds in my backyardI couldn’t help listening to the chirping birds.
