Best "Pho" in Manhattan New York

I had some of the best pho for lunch yesterday. For those of you who do not know what Pho is, Pho is a Vietnamese 'soup and noodle', it made from rice, Asian herbs and spice, and some meat(optional). You can top it with some lime juice, bean sprouts and basil leaves! (YUM) It is a popular street dish, and it is the perfect dish to have in this cold New York city Winter weather. I love a big bowl of brothy soup that can warm me up. For vegetarians, they can also make a broth from vegetables replacing the meat.The two main varieties are chicken pho and beef pho. There is also Saigon-style pho. The word "pho" may be derived from French pot-au-feu (beef stew).
