I've been MIA from the Rain during the last two weeks because there has been lots of activity at my Harlem brownstone project.  For those of you who remember my posts Interior Design is Like a Game of Chess and The Knight and the Bishop Shake Hands, there were lots of challenges when I commenced this enormous renovation.  But thankfully, everyone is playing nicely together and things are running very smoothly.The modern high gloss kitchen cabinetry was actually installed this week.  Templating for the quartz countertops took place today and from Harlem I took the subway down to Soho to select a stunning sconce as accent lighting for a living room wall.  I'm delighted to share some photos that document my progress: Before      DemolitionBeginning TransformationNotice that the refrigerato... 04/30/2015
