Market Report for Dix Hills, New York February 2014 Now the Market is changing for the new season: Dix Hills New York average sold price is:  Dec 2013: $629,000 Jan 2014: $635,000 Feb 2014: $635,00  Sold price remains the same in January and February $635,000 that could also be due to the long winter we are having. Many buyers are waiting for the season to change but the interest rates may change too so you shouldn't sit on the fence and wait. The prices are going up how much each month we are not sure.
