Brownstones along St. Johns Place in Park Slope, Brooklyn New York City’s most populous borough is increasingly home to residents who come from outside the Empire State, according to a report. About 22 percent of all new tenants in brownstone and North Brooklyn in the first quarter of 2014 were from out-of-state. That’s up from 18 percent during the same time period last year, according to a report from brokerage Ideal Properties Group. How to create a space of Sanctuary in your Home It does not take much, for it all starts with your imagination and envisioning.  You could pick a room or even a spot in your home that you seem to naturally gravitate towards when you are looking to find peace of mind within that given environment. For me I choose my library-office space.  That area of my home has a soft blue painted onto the walls and accompanied with a few images of nature and highly respected spiritual masters such as the Dali Lama.
