The law recently signed by New York Governor David Paterson will strengthen the legal rights of homeowners in the state and will have some effect on the foreclosure condition of the area, housing market analysts have said. They added that the regulation might help lower the number of houses falling under foreclosed property auction listings in New York. According to real estate experts, the law might help ease the problem caused by the expanding foreclosure listings in Bronx and in other key areas of New York. The regulation is said to be designed to provide a fairer ground for all parties involved in foreclosure cases. The mortgage for several apartment buildings that are Bronx foreclosures for sale would have been transferred to a buyer a few days ago, but news have emerged that the unnamed buyer has withdrawn the offer. The apartment buildings concerned were said to be suffering from multiple violations and the deal had been criticized by tenants, housing advocates and even public officials. The deal would have benefited the owners of the properties and the neighborhood which has seen a lot of foreclosed properties in the past two years, including Suntrust foreclosures for sale. Following news that the buyer will not take over the $35 million loan mortgage of the property, the servicer for the loan proceeded to tell a judge that, for now, the deal is off. New York Yankees sweep the Minnesota Twins in Three Games Yankee fans have a reason to celebrate as the New York Yankees defeated the Minnesota Twins last night 6-1 at Yankee stadium.  Yankee pticher Phil Hughes pitched brilliantly & did not give up a run for 7 innings. I was not at the game, but was watching it at home and enjoyed every minute. I always feel badly for whoever has to lose, but I must cheer on the New York Yankees for a job very well done!! Let's Go Yankees!! After recently going to a New York Yankees game, I wanted to share some pictures that I took.  It is truly a beautiful new Yankee stadium (although the old one had such a special place in history). The Yankee flags are proudly displayed all around the stadium's edge. The Yankees are always welcoming to all who visit & cheer them on!! How can you resist a delicious (and expensive) hot dog at Yankee stadium?  Well this guy makes it look easy to sell them using his interesting marketing technique and superb balance.
