"What the Hell is This?" Those were the words I spewed when I saw that electric panel while showing a really nice house that an investor flipped. I am not a home inspector but I know that is a bad electric panel. It was really disheartening to see because the rest of the house was beautifully redone inside including the front porch. The yard needed help but that is minimal. Then we proceeded to find the heating system and this is what we found: Seriously? This was the worse house flip I have ever seen. Most I see have new heating/A/C systems and updated electric panels. Although the electric was on in the house, the water was turned off and maybe that is a good thing.
