This is a requirement by the Nevada Real Estate Division, one based on the idea that it’s in the best interests of the public that we are always up to date with the most recent changes and real estate legislation to best serve you. This is a very good idea. Like real estate school, which was a great and fun learning experience for us, we very much like the intent, and the substance of continuing education.
