About:  I'll be showing you a twenty six month breakdown of the Sparks Homes For Sale.  This is a good way of getting a 'feel' of how the Sparks real estate market is going.  You can see the supply and demand by clicking at the Sparks Homes SOLD.  You will find this in the Renohomeblog.com site (link provided below).  Under 'Sparks Market'. Greetings - In an effort to help Sparks home buyers who are trying to gain access to information on foreclosure and other distressed properties, I post a list (updated about once a week for Sparks properties) of Sparks Nevada Notice of Default and Notice of Sale properties.This information comes from Washoe County and may be helpful to many.  Some of the smaller counties only get updated once a month due to a lower volume of distressed properties. If Sparks foreclosure homes interest you, be advised that you will need patience - and lots of it.  Most of the lenders are overwhelmed and the "approval machinery" is seized up.  It may not be uncommon to need to wait for several weeks for a response based on my recent experiences.The current post contains listings from December 14-18, 2007.C...

Hello -  I track the Sparks NV real estate and housing market monthly and just posted a new version of my monthly report, The Greater Reno-Tahoe Real Estate Report - the report contains about 16 pages of color charts showing multi-year Sparks real estate trends as well as an in-depth view of the last 24 months of Sparks real estate trends (Sparks median home price, inventory, homes sold). In October, 2007, the Sparks median home price is down to $274,450 - a level not seen since late 2004.  While the Sparks median home price is down, Sparks' "months of inventory" - a measure of how many months it would take to for all listed homes to sell (at the monthly rate of sales for the last 12 months) - is in better shape than any other market in the Reno-Tahoe region.  If this trend continues, S...
