Summerlin is definitely one of the most prestigious areas in the Las Vegas valley. In June, we saw a great deal of real estate activity in the different regions of Summerlin. Much activity occurred in Peccole Ranch real estate during June 2022. The number of available houses increased by 150%! And prices reduced by 9%. The time for homes to sell also increased by 16% during the last month. Condominiums in Peccole Ranch saw a lot of changes as well. The number of available homes decreased by 67% and prices decreased by 10%. However, homes in escrow increased by 67%. The sales in June decreased by 25% with prices down 12%.

The Mountain's Edge real estate market report May 2022 show a great deal of activity. Mountain's Edge is a fine master planned community in the Southwest Las Vegas area. Mountain's Edge has numerous amenities and easy methods of transportation.
