Home Staging can be a great asset to selling a Custom Luxury Home. I remember when some Custom Luxury Homes where being built 15 years ago around Red Rock in Las Vegas Nevada. These homes where being built by Toll Brothers, on a Golf Course with great views of Red Rock Canyon and the Las Vegas Strip. The homes we were looking at were approximately 4000 square feet, 3 car garages, large swim pools in the back yards, and more. These home were custom build, all different in design and "Staged" with furniture, paintings, rugs, etc. Now Vegas Bob has shown many- many properties in his days as a licensed Real Estate agent in the Las Vegas Valley.
