When you are ready to list, market and sell your home, there are many important steps to be taken before bringing in "the public" to view your property.Staging is a #1 priority in making sure your home is ready to "wow" your potential buyers. There are many choices available when looking for a staging service. Here is one place to help you get started.  It is always good to interview at least 2-3 vendors before making an investment with your time and money.http://www.stunninglystaged.com/services.htm

I never get tired of the Tahoe scenery....I took a drive around the entire lake a few days ago, something I have not done in a long time.  It always amazes me that I live in this beautiful area.  Fall is a great time to be here.  The summer traffic is gone, the days are still on the warmer side.  However, we have had some rain and snow already.  A preview to a good winter, I hope.If you want to see some beautiful Fall colors, take a drive out to Fallen Leaf Lake or Kirkwood.  You will not be disappointed. Also, check out the Salmon run on the South Shore.  For details go to  http://tahoe.com/article/20070917/TOP_EVENTS/70917004/-1/EVENTS

July 6th, 2007 After a tense week following the Angora fire, this July Fourth was a welcomed diversion. Most communities celebrated scheduled events, and visitors who traveled to the Lake and contributed to the tourist economy were welcomed with open arms. An estimated 10,000 people were drawn to the lake to join the festivities which lasted for several days. Communities around the began the celebration early. Squaw Valley hosted a multi-day circus with sky jump bungee and live shows in a circus ring. Truckee and Incline had parades with colorful floats, and Incline Village even hosted a boat parade with all watercraft decorated in red, white and blue. Uncle Sam even made an appearance wake surfing in top hat and tails- a real crowd pleaser!Kings Beach kicked off fireworks on Tuesday ni...
