During the month there were twenty-four properties placed under contract having gone through the Attorney review process. The average list price for these properties were $188,764.00.   Hidden Valley in Vernon Township Hidden Valley in Vernon Township is one most nicest places to snow board it is also one of three ski area's in the area and is not as crowed as most it has a nice rental shop for all your ski needs, chair lifts, restaurant, and lounge.
