Just read an article by   Walt Baczkowski , CEO of the Metropolitan Consolidated Association of REALTORS, who remarked, "Real Estate has become entertainment."    The more I think about it, the more I agree. Just check out local TV cable listings and you'll see shows like House Hunters , Flip That House, Home Makeover, Designed to Sell,, etc.. These days everyone is now about their favorite Real Estate show. We all have our favorites. I am a huge fan of these shows myself. My own personal favorite was the original "Flip This House "with Richard Davis of Trademark Properties in South Carolina. I stopped watching that show any more ever since A&E replaced the original with the copy-cat show on now. I don't care for the new show at all.
