SEPTEMBER 26, 2008   As of September 1st there has been a spike in showing appointments throughout listings in the South Amboy area.  Homes that may have had as few as 1 or 2 showings a week are now receiving 2 or 3 times that much since the first of the month.  Many people have been asking me exactly what does this mean for the market?  Well, first off this market has been a very tough one to track.  I can tell you from experience that I personally haven't seen a market like this one, so it is difficult to gauge exactly what is going to come around the corner.  I believe that what is happening is a combination of buyers who have been waiting for the right time have decided to get in to the game and take home buying seriously.  Simultaneously, I believe we have the buyers who would like... 09/26/2008
