This is the story about a man name Jed !! LOL Jed had a very large sphere of influence and received lots of calls from past clients that were also old friends. In the beginning he told the listing prospects the truth and he didnt get the marketing contract.  So one day he started telling them what they wanted to hear and the listing started coming in briskly. Why do customers pay retail for new construction ? Is it that new car smell. Nobody lived in the house. They always wanted a new house? So what is it the draws people to the new places when there are surely great deals out there in the resale market. Are the builders paying larger commissions then the resale seller ? I don't thinks ! Each September, countless people enjoy Sea Isle City's annual Fall Family Festival Weekend - and this year was no exception. Thanks to perfect weather conditions and a variety of events that kept festival-goers smiling all weekend, this year's fall celebration was one of the resort's largest-to-date. The fun began on Sat., Sept.18, with a sand sculpting demonstration and contest on the beach at JFK Boulevard. As professional artists from Sand Pounders Sand Sculptures created a giant beach monster that sported a welcoming grimace, numerous contestants were creating their own works of art with sand - each hoping to win trophies for their efforts.  Taken from Pleasure Avenue in Sea Isle City looking towards Landis Avenue.  The police car was parked to block traffic into 52nd Street because of the leaning pole.  Most of the area received 15 to 20 inches of snow with more expected on Wednesday.  This will certainly make for a "Polar Bear Plunge" this coming weekend.
