For those here in Bergen County following the construction progress of the highly anticipated "Bergen Town Center" - there was a major breakthrough today ....   ... the TARGET SIGN WENT UP !!!!!!!!                Now aside from the realization that we are getting this fabulous store right in our neighborhood, this new sign hanging today is significant because Paramus and Maywood residents and visitors can now get excited that we are nearing completion of this 3 year project to upgrade the former "Bergen Mall", to a premier, modern shopping center which will be home to Target, Century 21 (the department store!), Whole Foods, Gap/Gap Kids Outlet, New York & Company, Nordstrom Rack, Saks Off 5th, Marshalls, Filenes, Zales and The Children's Place. .... oh and let's not forget Chuck E Chees... 01/27/2009

The sales volume for Jan-Aug. 2007 was $78,369,735 verses $138,921,227 in 2008 period.  These figures are derived from the Bergen County sale data. On Thursday, January 24th from 8:00 - 9:30am the Greater Paramus Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring a breakfast networking event at Bergen Community College.  This is a great opportunity to get out there and network with fellow business men/women in the local Bergen County Community!  In addition, there will be a special presentation by Macr Ensign of Sound-n-Vision Designs, LLC.  He will speak about Email Marketing: Tips on how to use e-mail to legitimately grow your business.  This is a great topic for realtors!  The cost is only $10 so I hope to see a lot of Bergen County realtors out there! 01/15/2008
