Why Do You Like Living in Tewksbury?   One reason could be that Tewksbury is home to the  Somerset Hills Handicapped Riding Center (SHHRC), located off of Old Turnpike Road in the Oldwick section of the Township. In existence for over 39 years now, the center is best known as being a service provider offering recreational riding instruction for individuals with disabilities, equine assisted occupational, physical and speech therapy, otherwise known as hippotherapy, therapeutic driving, an inclusive summer camp and school and vocational programs.  The program, which was one of the first centers of its kind in the United States, has come a long way from its early days which began in 1972 on a farm in nearby Bedminster with just three horses and six riders. In fact, the Center has recent...

When you say "real estate" then the word you can easily attribute to it is "business". That's right; real estate is it a hot commodity? Property investors from all over the world are looking into new properties to venture and hope to acquire one that promises a profitable long-term goal.   The question stands: "Why do properties increase in value?", "What are the different factors that affect the increase?" Population Increase Contribute to a property price increase:In New Jersey the continuous growth in population has contributed much to the increase of market value in both residential and commercial sectors before 2005. The more buyers out there with fewer properties available, the higher the price would go. That was the basic law of the real estate business. Price due to location:Loc...

Jake Wakeman, a St Louis Post reporter, was charged with interfering with a police officer during the incident.   The demonstration occurred outside of Sen Carnahan's townhall last August where Ken Gladney was beaten by SEIU individuals. The St Louis Tea Party held a peaceable protest only to be interrupted by organized thugs, including a reporter. The Post Dispatch editor, Arnie Robbins, said, "Jake was covering a newsworthy incident. He was not in the way or interfering with the police. His press credentials were fully displayed. The charge is unfounded and will be challenged in court." Obama's army struck again, this time with physical assistance from the news media. It all started when Ted (Ted is Ted Thomas) heard a neighbor friend talking about driving to Arizona to attend a Tax Lien Certificate Auction. According to his friend, the county government was going to auction thousands of tax lien certificates that paid high interest rates to anyone who wanted to put up the money. Now, like a lot of people, the LAST thing Ted ever wanted in his life was more government or more taxes so he dismissed his friend's talk as just a little bit crazy! But his friend persisted and was more than passionate about convincing him that this tax lien certificate auction was a good deal. Skeptical and disbelieving as Ted was, his friend practically dragged him into his home and showed him copies of checks; money his friend had received from the Government! Ted was as...
