Not sure what to do this weekend in Hoboken? you may hit some open houses.  But, don't forget, most sellers know the serious buyers are working with agents therefore they refuse to have multiple open houses. Visiting open houses are great idea, but you just get a snap shot of market. It is free to work with an agent and good agent will make this process really enjoyable for you. Okay, enough about real estate ...I would like to invite you to two great open houses on Saturday, one has a cover charge7:30pm Saint Ann Church at 7th and Jefferson street for great music and more....9:00pm at Maxwell's 1039 Washington St, Hoboken, NJ  Backlight Records Presents A Benefit Concert for NJ Habitat for Humanity $8Come out and enjoy Hoboken! Then, go to www.soHoboken.com for latest listings ;)
