I'm currently working with seller's whose experience with open houses has not been pleasant. They have bitter memmories of nosey neighbors, stolen property, and unqualified buyers. As a newbie in this business I understand that open houses can create a sale and can generate some strong leads. So my solution is a Virtual Open House! I create a website of the property, have a virtual tour link with an IM chat service on the site, where vistors can talk with me live as they "virtually go through the home".
