I had another one of my infamous clients friend come in today, he was about to waste my time and I was about to let him waste mine, but I didn't let myself get sucked back into the vortex.  The kids has been asking me "is that a safe area" since I met him, obviously I can't promote one area over another as a Realtor, but I always do my best for my client as all Realtors would do.  I had several apartments in my inventory, which would have been perfect for him, but he wanted to squabble, now he shoots into town and wants me to drop everything and find a NO FEE apartment for him.  I would have, but he kept excusing himself and getting on the phone, no doubt double dealing with me like his friends and wasting my time.  I made a couple of calls and asked him to come by around 2:45, he never... 05/25/2010
