Unlike the Cheers bar that was made famous in the 80's sitcom, here in Colts Neck, we have a family restaurant known as Perkins. With only a little over 12,000 people living in the entire town, it is very easy to bump into your neighbors. Cooking is one of the talents that have eluded me so needless to say Perkins is my home away from home. Upon my entry I get the typical "Norm" greeting.
