Just a quick market recap on the Ossipee NH waterfront real estate market for August 2010:   It is in tough shape! With foreclosed real estate on Ossipee Lake waterfront at an all time high this year, the bank owned lakefront homes are some of the only properties that have sold and have set the values for future sales. My foreclosure property listing for sale at Weetamoe Shores Association in Ossipee NH is a perfect example of bank owned property values. I just got a new Bank of America listing for sale on Ossipee Lake in Ossipee NH. This is a one of a kind offering. We have not seen very many bank owned real estate parcels for sale on Ossipee Lake.
