Can my Pets stay home when a buyer is looking at the home?

It is my pets home too - barked the home owner that let his dogs roam the home. What to do with pets is a long asked question when it comes to selling ones home. Today is day 6 of 10 in my blog series of the "Top 10 tips" for home owners selling their homes. #6. Should I remove my pets from the home when buyers are coming to see it? The answer YES. The optimum choice is that all pets are removed from the home if buyers are coming to see it. There are a couple leading thoughts on this topic. The first being pets can distract the buyer when jumping or barking. The second is safety if your dog nips or even bites. Lastly many buyers who do not have pets may not even enter your home.
