We were working with buyers getting ready to close on their new house in Franklin, NC. They were blissfully happy about the new house. Parade of Homes is once with us again. About 10 days ago signs were being put up for the Parade of Homes in Granville, Franklin and Vance counties. These signs are Yellow with Black letters saying Parade of Homes. Follow one of these signs and before you know it you will be touring a new homes that most likely will be for sale. Also, once you get to one of these homes you will be able to pick up a Tri-County book that shows where every parade of home is and then you are off and running to your next home.
