The Tri-County Parade of Homes ended today. I saw and heard that new subdivisions were very busy for the Pardae of Homes.One subdivision is Winston Ridge. It is deveopled by Denmark. They are not the only builders in this subdivision. This subdivision is a must see. It was a big hit for it's kick off. It just had it's Grand Opening at the Parade of Homes. Now, homes have been for pre-sale for some time now. But the onsite agent office opened the Friday before the first Saturday Parade of Homes. They were so busy for these 3 weekends and have been making the sales.So, to get in on this great location, community and the ammenities it is a must to go. Raleigh Real Estate  -  All abouth Youngsville NC "small town living"I live in the Raleigh NC area. My home sits in Wake Forest NC but my driveway is in Youngsville NC. It is very confusing but it is what it is.I do majority of my buiness throughout the Triangle (Apex-Zebulon). On Sundays I play in Youngsville NC.I start by having breakfast at Griffins on Main Street then I will take a casuall stroll down Main Street and watch everyone coming and going to church. Youngsville is a 2 stop light town. 1 on each end of Main Street.
