Just to let you know, things are picking up on the SouthEastern coast line of North Carolina.  It has been slow in coming but finally...we have activity. I am finding that the things that are selling are lower priced affordable home close to the beach.  Financing still seems to be a problem.  Our banks just don't seem to be freeing up the funds very fast.
