Thank the Good Lord for another Good day. Today I showed property to folks that I have sold to 20 years ago.  It is good to still have folks that think you did a good job for them then and I hope that I can still do good for work them now. They are choosing to move back to Oak Island after building their dream home on the banks of a river in  Tennessee. We found them a great home in a retirement community and they are so happy to be back HOME in Southport NC. It will  be good to have them back home.   Ginger of Oak Island 12/02/2016

I have a data base with 4700 names in Top Producer.  I am always afraid to delete people.  I send an email out to all each month about the Stats of the Market.  Then those that do not have an email...about 1000...I send letters to.  In the long run...I am cleaning out bad leads...and tweeking the remaining ones..  It is a monumental task for me..  05/07/2015

This has been an amazing week.  But we have had a spurt of activity that has just about knocked me off my feet. Mainly "Short Sales" but I will work them and be successful with them. I liste 3 lots for a seller that has to be a Short Sale and we priced them to SELL!  Right now I am working 8 offers on these lots trying to figure out our best deal for the Bank and for the sellers.    We are seeing more contracts and closings right now thru out the company.  So it is good for everyone with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Right now.    We have a good group of people that care about each other and each others success. Tonight we are enjoying the The Three Tenors. It is absolutely fabulous,   Carreras, Domingo and Pavoratti.. I think this is the first one that was preformed in 1991 and is on PBS...Public Broadcasting System. Zubin Mater is the director.  It is most wonderful... Well...needed a break and took one. Jimmy and I did a 10 day cruise to and through the Panama Canal.  Had stops in Aruba, Curacao, Panama and Costa Rica... Great, affordable trip on Holland America, Zuiderdam.  This was one of the most relaxing trips that we have taken in a very long time.  Out in the Ocean with Thomas. Our Captain, took great pains, to steer us away from the hurricane. Met wonderful folks from Canada, Texas, Indiana................... Did a bit of business...and will get a referral going from folks in Canada... No matter where I go....real estate..is in the background.. Take care and get out of town when you can.
