It has been a full day with Uncle Jack, who is 90 years old.    My brothers annd I have been toodling around doing errands that he needs to do.  It is so much fun to be with the Patriarch of the Family.  He is so delightful to be with. We took him to the Bass Pro Shop in Ft. Lauderdale and had a wonderful mean at the Isle of Merida..What fun..   Now we are  doing haircuts and banking.   It is great to be loved by him.   03/15/2013

Good Morning All!   My Brothers and I  are traveling to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to see an elderly Uncle that is 90 years old.  Our destination is 10 1/2 hours away. My Brother, Danny is tech savy and I needed to dso some work on the computer.  He hooked up my laptop with my Hot Spot on the Cell Phone.  Can you believe that?   I am in awe with technology today. I am committed..   Today, I can not go to the regular gym so I will be doing a work out in a strange new place.  That is ok.  It does not matter where you work out...it matters that you DO work out.  I will do the same thing tomorrow.  The weekends are a bit different because of activities of the family.  This will be good to get a different slant on things.   Thanksgiving Gratitude Rolls This is a really fun way to start a conversation at the table during Thanksgiving or any other holiday. Ask all your guests write what they are grateful for on a strip of paper, copy paper will do fine. Smear the strips of paper with butter to slip easily out of the biscuits. Unroll a package of refrigerated crescent rolls and place each one of the paper strips on the pieces of dough. Roll up the dough and bake per directions on the can.   You can alternately have the guests take turns reading the paper strips for a thought provoking and heart felt discussion.
