As new agents come into the office, I think back to when I started FULL TIME in real estate.  I spent alot of time trying to figure out how to attract clients, market myself effectively and not spend all my money becoming "famous". New Offer to Purchase in North Carolina. January 1, 2011 rang in the New Year and also some major changes in the way real property/real estate buyers and sellers interact contractually in North Carolina. The Joint Forms Task Force has been working on the new revisions, for over 18 months in an attempt to draft a form that eliminates many of the areas that had created disputes between buyers and sellers in North Carolina. Prior to the new form, buyers and sellers could use Alternative One or Two. Frankly Alternative Two, which used an "Option Money" concept was seldom used in residential transactions. The concept of Earnest Money has been retained in the new Offer to Purchase for 2011. Downtown New Bern, NC Tour: A Runner's Perspective Runners usually have a couple of favorite routes that they enjoy running/walking, that have certain distances, conditions, safety levels etc.  Sometimes you just want to mix it up a bit and not see the same thing every day.  I'm that way as a runnner. Since New Bern, NC has lots of visitors that come in for the week-end or for a look around, I thought my favorite downtown route might be of interest to someone who is looking for a good route that shows most of the beautiful downtown area of New Bern. The only problem with the video is it kind of long, 14 minutes.  In the time it took me to drive the first 2 miles some young kid could probably come close to running it.  The irony of middle age, running and driving!
