I recently listed a townhome in Breckenridge Manors II and, since it's such a wonderful community, I thought I'd write about the neighborhood.    Breckenridge is a very desirable neighborhood because of its affordability, proximity to RTP, 540,  and the neighborhood feel. The grand entrance, wide roads and sidewalks, kids playing in the neighborhood all contribute to the neighborhood being so popular.  A lot of employees from the Park like Breckenridge because it makes the commute easy on families - your just minutes from Cisco, NetApp, IBM, and Nortel.  There really is something for everyone in this neighborhood where prices start in the low 200s for the townhomes and peak in the low $300s.   City:  Morrisville, North Carolina Directions: From Cary:  Take Davis Drive North.  Left on P...

Most people that come from out of town to visit the Triangle to consider relocation are interested in the Raleigh and Cary area. They don't hear much about Morrisville, NC.  I sometimes mistakenly even get calls for Mooresville, NC.  The location is central to RTP and easy for commuting into the Park.  Yes, given the central location to the Airport, there is some airport noise but given all of the other attributes that is usually overcome.  There have been a few things holding Morrisville back from some of the other flourishing communities.  For example, if you are a resident in Morrisville chances are you head out of town for major shopping, fine dining or doctors' appointments.  All of that is changing with the new developments underway.  Here's a look at some of the big development p...

From Morrisville 101 class - If you live in Morrisville or plan to move soon, here's some need to know infoThe intersection of Morrisville Carpenter Road and NC54 is being improved!  The improvements will include: Addition of right turn lane from Morrisville Carpenter Road to NC54; Addition of right turn lane from NC 54 to Aviation Parkway; Addition of right turn lane from NC 54 to Morrisville Carpenter Road.  That's good news for the many residents and employees that have had to sit in the traffic for what seems like eternity at that intersection. Some of you may say, this project is way overdue...well, I would haveagreed up until now. Blake Mills, Director of Public Works, let us know that the Town had to work with DOT and the railroad to get approval to make the necessary changes. So...
