Final draw on my FHA 203k in Charlotte NCI really enjoy seeing these projects go to completion. Isn't that what it is all about? This is true wherever they are. The owners finally get to move into the house they have been working on for much too long. Want to change your life? Why continue to live in a cookie-cutter neighborhood when Cheval awaits?I first discovered Cheval in Mint Hill NC (inside Charlotte's 485 beltway) at the Charlotte Home Builders Association's HomeArama. Among the fabulous Charlotte NC home builders was one I've grown to really appreciate. Classica Homes. Interestingly enough -- my clients who built a Classica Homes beauty just told me that they appreciate their new home more and more each day.In the Meadows at Cheval, there are home sites available for you to build on (including basement lots), and many are nearly an acre! Plus, several Quick Move homes like these:4211 Crump Hill Ct, Mint Hill NC ~ Five bedrooms and five full baths with wooded views. Put $34,000 down and your monthly principal and interest inve...
