This article will be analyzing the Kill Devil Hills real estate market by comparing the sales of single family homes during the first six months of 2016 and the first 6 months of 2017. The spreadsheets below break down the single family home sales in the 3 distinct geographic areas of Kill Devil Hills. Each of these areas has distinct qualities that require separate analysis. The 3 areas are:Oceanside is the area of town located on the east side of RT12 (beach road) and consists mainly of the row of ocean front houses with a few exceptions where there is a cu-de-sac or small side street, adding some none oceanfront properties into the equation.
