Indian Trail NC Real Estate Market Report—April-June 2010 How did the Indian Trail NC real estate market fare in the second quarter of 2010 and how did it compare with 2009? In Indian Trail NC, the single family average sales price for the first quarter 2010 increased dramatically over the first quarter rising almost to the 2009 average sales price.  The number of homes closed rose 70% most likely reflecting the federal tax credit stimulus.  Average days on market increased slightly. There were only two townhomes sold in Indian Trail in the second quarter.  Prices remained steady for this segment of the market. Indian Trail Real Estate Market Update Data acquired from the CMLS 3/1/2010 - 3/31/2010 In the month of March, 116 single family homes were added to the market of available inventory in Indian Trail, which currently stands at 324 homes. Of the available homes for sale, only 19 are labeled as either being a bank-owned property (acquired through foreclosure) or a short sale. 11 Indian Trail homes received notices of foreclosure through March 29. Thirty single family homes closed in March, 30% of which were either bank-owned or short sale. The number of sold units exceeded the home sales in Indian Trail in March 2009 when only 29 homes closed but the averages sales price was $180,590 and the average days on market was 102.
