Eez Fusion and Sushi Restuarant is located in Birkdale Village shops in Huntersville, NC They offer over 85 items on their sushi bar. The chef's name is Rifali and he makes "special" rolls every week. Tons of people in my networking groups RAVE about the sushi here. I am not a big sushi eater, but I have tried at least 3 of the rolls here and definitely "fresh". But, you should really try the salads and hot foods as well.  Scrumptious chicken satay, spicy thai cucumber salad, and lettuce wraps are some of my favorites. You can't go wrong at this Lake Norman secret! Here is the Menu They also have wine dinners here! I will post when we are having one, sometime in February. My wine group will be invited and only 18 spots for RSVPs! Speaking of drinking, they are home of the "10oz Martini"...

I must admit I am extremely impressed with Simonini Builders.  Not only are they one of the few Lake Norman home builders to be breaking ground on a new, upscale housing development, but they are tackling this difficult Lake Norman real estate market by creating a community incorporating an acknowledgment of today's pricing and a design plan and vision clearly focused on the future with an important memory of the past.     The Preserve at Robbins Park was designed blending the 19th century concept of a "preferred neighborhood bordering a capacious public park" with "the luxury of in-town living with a Lake Norman address".   Why is The Preserve at Robbins Park Extraordinary?: They offer a "balance of a "commitment to preservation of nature with the tranquility of a home" Their design...

This is a photo of the Lake Norman Dam next to the Nuclear Power plant on the south side of Lake Norman. I know it's not that pretty, but it's so mammoth in size and it's actually keeping so much water in on the other side. Lake Norman is a man-made Lake. The water just south of it flows down into South Carolina--The Catawba Valley River Chain.   Sandy Aichner, Broker/Realtor 19810-C W. When you're doing your annual spring cleaning, and you pull out the washer and dryer to sweep behind it and retrieve socks and other items that have fallen back there, do you also see a lot of lint and dust?  Where does it all come from?  I thought all the lint was caught by the lint screen which I clean after each load of laundry!  Well, if there is a large pile of lint behind the dryer, think how much could be built-up and trapped in the dryer ducts that should have went outdoors through the dryer vent.   Cleaning the lint screen after each load of laundry is very important, but it is just a start.  Some lint escapes the screen and goes out through the dryer ducts and vent.  Unfortunately, some of the lint does not make it all the way outdoors; it becomes trapped in the dryer ducts wh...

One of my favorite neighborhoods in Lake Norman is Birkdale Village, located in Huntersville, NC. This neighborhood was so popular that the homes flew off the shelves the past 4 summers! The neighborhood has a club house, pool, playground, walking trails, and has Saussy's Charleston style, "rainbow row" look to it. Plus, You are only 10 minutes from public lake access at Blythe Landing and 5 minutes to I-77! There is also a huge commercial complex with the same name of "Birkdale Village" within walking distance from the neighborhood to many shops, restaurants, and retail outlets. There are currently 22 homes on the market as of 10/28/08. search homes in birkdale here: Sandy Aichner, GRI, ABR, Broker, REALTOR ~ RE/MAX Executive Realty (704) 746-7513 Lake Norman Real Estate Call me at: 7...
