Tamarac Neighborhood Review Location Situated just off South Rugby Road on the west side of Hendersonville, this neighborhood is a real gem.Located half way between Hendersonville and Brevard, with easy access to Etowah shopping, dining and library, as well as the Asheville Regional Airport. Homes These homes were built in the mid 1970's through the mid 1980's. Yards are large, starting at three quarters of an acre and going up to one and one half acres, allowing for privacy. Yards have nice matures trees and landscaping. There are around 80 homes in this neighborhood, but there is no feel of congestion or lack of privacy with the expansive lots.
