  Are you a Buyers agent that works new construction?  Have you done this with an out of town client.  If so, the client needs you to be their eyes and ears on the street.  This home was built in 2008 and the clients lived in New Jersey.  Over the course of the building, I litterly sent over 140 photos of their home via e-mail so they could see the progress.  In the end, it saved the builder.  The home was supposed to have a phone jack in the kitchen, but at the final walt thru, there was no jack.  Because of my pictures, we were able to locate the box and find the phone jack.   Notice the 2 blue boxes on the left hand side, the one on the far left was for the phone.  The buider then knwe when to cut thru to find the box and install the jack.   02/03/2010

One of the Advantages of living in Fuquay-Varina North Carolina (which is about 20 miles south of Raleigh) is the mild winters.  This view is a rare one.  We have neighbors who play golf year round at Bentwinds Country Club.  They have propane heaters in their carts and as long is it not raining too hard, will play every week.  However this Sunday morning, I didn't see any golfers, I did however, see gold cart tracks in the snow on the cart path.  We have a community of die hard golfers, but I don't think they will be out with the red gold balls this morning.  Now everyone is turning their attention to the Monday commute. 01/31/2010

Springfield North subdivision in Fuquay-Varina is a neighborhood with large lots and no HOA.  Nestled between Bentwinds Country Club and Crooked Creek golf course, Springfield north is a well established neighborhood.  Springfield North is 5 minutes North of Fuquay-Varina, but there are no city taxes.   The homes in this neighborhood range range in age from built in the 1980 to more current.
