  This just in from brand new homeowners in Franklin, North Carolina...two tree dudes have taken up residence in their neighborhood.  Kathy and Bob first became acquainted with tree dudes when we were working together to find them the perfect mountain getaway.  Since then, they've been eager to encounter others but until today the tree dudes have proven to be quite elusive.     According to the email I received from Kathy just a little while ago, she and Bob decided to do a little fishing today at Lake Glenville just outside of Cashiers.  When they finished at Lake Glenville, they went to Cashiers to do a little exploring and shopping.  They thought they'd gotten a glimpse of a couple of tree dudes paying particular attention to them but didn't think much about it until after they'd got... 07/07/2012

Have you ever shown property from the back seat of a car? If you haven’t, you really need to try it. The buyers and I spent about 7 hours together yesterday looking at houses in Franklin, NC. The buyers drove, sitting up front getting acquainted with the area and I had the rare luxury of the entire back seat in their brand new vehicle with the awesome paint color of “Dark Cherry”. Very cool. Anyhow, I got to take in our incredible mountain sights from my back window seat and had the rare pleasure of being able to consider the other half of the back seat as my own private office. Finally, a place to lay the folder…spread out the MLS flyers…a cup holder for my coffee and a place for my keys, camera and phone. Now…that’s the life!
