Winsford At The Park is a rather whimsical sounding name for a new homes community and its not very far from where I live in Durham, NC.  My wife likes to look at new construction as that is what she did for most of her career in real estate. Turns out Winsford At The Park isn't quite open for business but the model is almost completed and several other homes are being readied as we speak.  Going through the model home before it is completed is a challenge as you need vision.  The construction seemed sound and the fit and finish were looking good.  The materials were quite nice with some extra touches I had not seen in other homes in this price range.  So what is Winsford At The Park?  It is a new home community built by Jordan Built Signature Homes.
