L'Hermitage could have been an exciting new addition to the Apex NC housing market. They had great floorplans, and tons of interest. Which is why everyone was so baffled when construction came to a halt, the weeds started growing, and the mold began to take over unfinished houses. There has been much speculation about "what happened". .. Without getting into all of that, just let it be said that it's a shame that hasn't come to fruition as it should have. However, this is one of THE best real estate markets anywhere. There are numerous investors looking at the property. We all hope it will eventually become all that it should be.
