Once again, "The Rock" has successfully helped another Military Family purchase a home while here on their HHT from Bagotville Que.  Rene & Dawn Thibault contacted me in early Jan and by the 4th of Feb we were on the hunt for what they will come to call their new home.  On Feb 6th we submitted an offer on a nice little bungalow and by that afternoon the offer was accepted.  Friday came the inspection which had some issues but Rene being the go getter that he is, wants to take on the task of doing the repairs.  That following Tues, although Rene & Dawn were now back in Bagotiville, I received their letter of finance and by that Wed the 13th the Sold sign was up on the property.  Congratulations to Both Rene & Dawn and their 2 wonderful children...I'm looking forward to seeing their home ... 02/20/2008
