A huge congratulations to my buyer clients on their purchase of a beautiful Lakeside Montana home this past week! A month or so ago we visited several possible homes. On paper, one was a winner and it was still the top choice as we made our way to the last home. I opened the door. We walked into the lower level and out of the mouth of my client came the word, "Wow!" And that is how I knew their opinion on the top choice had changed. Their new home is located in Lakeside MT. Yesterday was a beautiful day for exploring the West Shore State Park. The park is located west of Flathead Lake, south of the town of Lakeside, about a half hour from the city of Kalispell. West Shore State Park is a relatively small park but has plenty of room for swimming, boating, fishing and camping. In season, kayaking rentals are also available. There is a boat dock and boat ramp. In addition, seasonal camping is available. There are 31 campsites, which include 7 for tents. We wandered by a few of the campsites yesterday. Some of the trailer campsites have electric and some do not. I have been spending the summer months in beautiful Flathead Valley Montana - I am fortunate to have such wonderful hard-working partners back in Las Vegas, and since I do all the web marketing, most of the contracts, handle the phone calls, it really works out quite well.  I was busy negotiating a deal with a client who is relocating to Henderson NV, and asked him to please fax me the counter offer in the morning, since I was planning on going out & wanted to deliver it to the seller's agent in a timely fashion.  He called me back an hour later, to chat about a few details of the offer, and asked if I was going out horseback riding, and told me there was no way he could imagine me on a horse.
