A Visit to the Gateway Arch -- Saint Louis, Missouri We recently had the opportunity to visit the Gateway Arch, in Saint Louis, Missouri. Market Statistics for Keller Williams Realty Southwest: As you know, numbers are the language of business. Knowing, tracking and understanding numbers creates clarity for our businesses. Please llow me to share with you a few statistics from our office. We, at KWSW are # 5 in closed buyer transactions year to date in our market. Our buyers should be loving on us! Our average buyer transaction closes at 90.6% of the original sales price. This means we are saving almost 10% to our buyers. We rank at #2 missing the "GOLD" by .3%.
