Its an annual event in Ozark Missouri; the Christian County Fair! I remember going to the fair when I was a kid and It was one of the highlights of the summer. I was so excited I would save up my money from doing odd jobs and count down the days until it started. I couldn't wait to ride the rides, test my skill at the games (rigged or not!) to win a prize and of course eat the unique fair food. Last Saturday we had a fun fly at Ozark Mountain Barnstormers RC flying club. It was a bit windy but there was still a lot of fun, food, and flying! This time we invited members of the North Springfield club and it was a great success. I counted at least 25 pilots in attendance. Last Sunday, at a gas station in Los Angeles there was a glitch in the system. Gas that was supposed to be $4.29 per gallon was calculated as $1.10 per gallon. For most of us our Mothers carry a very special place in our hearts.  It goes beyond just being there for us. There is nothing they woudn't do for their children and our bond is unbreakable!   As a mother I get great joy in my heart when I think about my boys and the incrediable responsibility God has given me.  Today we are meeting our oldest son halfway between our home and his, so we can have lunch with both of our boys!  I wont ask for anything else, because getting that wonderful hug and spending our short but precious time together is priceless.  This is a very special day for our mothers.
