Historic Riverside Bridge Christian County MO Named Most Endangered Historic Places The historic one lane bridge, built in 1909 was never intended to support the 1300 vehicles per day it now carries. The landmark bridge has been slated for replacement but with the new Endangered Designation there is hope that it will be preserved for pedestrian and bicycle traffic and a new bridge be built nearby for automobiles. We love to hike at Busiek State Park just a few miles South of Ozark Missouri . Busiek State Park includes 2502 acres of woods, glades, and steep terrain where you can go hiking and mountain biking or you can bring your horses and go riding. There is also a shooting range for practicing your marksmanship. Primitive camping is available with a permit from the parks dept. Today we conquered the Silver Trail, which in my opinion is the most challenging! It is so steep you begin to wonder if you will make it to the top! I didn't get any pictures of the steepest part, I was too busy trying not to fall down the mountain!
