My Lake home bed and breakfast Squaw Lake Lakeshore homes in Itasca county MN My Lake Home Bed and Breakfast hosted our 12 person growth group the other weekend. We had a blast up there using the canoe, pontoon and kayaks. We saw a few pelicans, several bald eagles, loons and a red headed woodpecker. We saw the hosts were doing a great job of filling their boats with nice walleyes, northerns and crappies. We also enjoyed the huge open room with fireplace, wet bar, pool table and games galore. The home was also a treat to see with the spiral staircases made from the trees removed to make room for the home. This was an 18 sided home which makes almost a circle. Of course.In recent years with the increase in FHA financing and the like there is a potential "yearning" for some to think that regular "general" home inspections are less important. Reason being, FHA insured financing requires an appraisal with a small home inspection component, which can lull a homebuyer and even agents into thinking that there is no need $250 to $400 more to get a standard home inspection.
